CPSP President Bill Scar spoke about the General Secretary's Report, "Raymond was expressive and assertive and creative, and even confessional.  That is Raymond’s contribution, not to mention all of the other ministering and leading that he demonstrates again and again.  His work with Eric Hall is part of Raymond’s creativity and determination to leave no stone unturned on our behalf.  The CPSP is not going to give up its own identity as we explore what is possible with any group that seeks to strengthen the ministries we value, and the millions of people whose lives are impacted by those who care for the human spirit.  We assert the role of such care in the overall wellbeing of patients, inmates, the military, veterans, and people in settings of dependency.  The HCCN, the SCA, the ACPE, the APC, and other cognate groups do need to talk to one another and build the future of our ministry to people in need.”
